I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the new year! My how time flies. With our Thanksgiving and Christmas frenzy at the bakery, I feel like a bit of a zombie. Now comes January, bridal expos and private showcases, it is an endless and vigorous journey for my husband and I.
We are so excited to show off our newest wedding cakes and we decided to not release any photos until after the expo! It sometimes blows my mind how much our talents have improved and continue to progress with each new cake we create. Of course we owe it all to God, apart from Him we can do nothing. Our pastry creations are also expanding and as we specialize in all natural, artisan gourmet baked goods, the time constraints are exhausting, but well worth the quality and freshness we provide. I must admit every so often the idea of taking shortcuts such as freezing, enters my mind, but then I realize that we would be 'just your average bakery'. We decided from the beginning we would not compromise on quality or freshness, so our overhead is quite high compared to many others out there. We love that our customers notice the time and hard work we put into our products, quality ingredients and good technique make us who we are. I just want to say Thank You to you, to our wonderful customers, without you, Bliss-Fullness would not exist. Don't settle for artificial or mass produced baked goods! You deserve so much better!
